This Privacy Policy applies to radio, audio, and multimedia mobile applications published by Balzan2018 that link to this Privacy Policy.
Balzan2018 respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be accessed, collected, used, processed, or shared when you use our mobile applications.
Our applications are generally provided free of charge and may be supported by advertising.

Firebase may process installation identifiers and notification registration tokens necessary to deliver these messages.
7. RADIO STREAMING AND REMOTE CONTENT
Our applications connect to remote servers in order to provide radio streams, station information, images, XML data, multimedia content, and related metadata.
When a device connects to a remote server, that server may automatically receive technical information normally associated with an Internet connection, such as:
• IP address
• User-Agent information
• Connection date and time
• Requested resource
This technical information is necessary for Internet-based streaming and content delivery.
Some radio streams, websites, or third-party services are operated independently from Balzan2018 and may have their own privacy and security practices.

Our applications may contain WebView sections, links, or embedded access to external websites and online services.

Balzan2018 does not automatically receive the content shared through Android's system sharing function.
The selected third-party application is responsible for its own handling of any information or files that the user chooses to share.

Information voluntarily sent directly to Balzan2018, such as support emails, will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

15. DATA DELETION REQUESTS
Because our applications do not require creation of a Balzan2018 user account, there is normally no application account to delete.

The request should provide enough information for us to identify the information the user is asking us to delete.
Information controlled independently by Google, external websites, social networks, or other third-party services must be managed through the privacy and deletion controls provided by those services.
16. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our applications are not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.
Balzan2018 does not knowingly request or intentionally collect personal information directly from children under 13 for the normal operation of these applications.
If Balzan2018 becomes aware that personal information from a child has been provided directly to us without appropriate authorization, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information.
